Accessibility at Rise.sk
A website usable by as many people as possible

Accessibility is part of our quality standard, not an add-on. We design and internally verify the public website against WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

- Designed and internally verified against WCAG 2.2 AA
What we review
The review covers public pages, repeated templates, and primary user flows across all six language versions. We use a representative WCAG-EM sample and verify systemic fixes in every relevant use.
Principles we support
- native HTML, with ARIA only when a native element is insufficient
- a visible skip link and two-layer focus indicator, including forced-colors
- keyboard operation without traps or pointer-only steps
- form errors described in text and programmatically linked to fields
- content reflow without horizontal page scrolling
- respect for the system reduced-motion preference
How we test
Automated checks are only the first layer. We combine them with source review and real browser walkthroughs.
- automated WCAG 2, 2.1, and 2.2 A/AA rules without filtering by impact
- keyboard-only use, focus order and return, dialogs, and status messages
- 200% text size, 320 CSS pixel reflow, and prescribed text spacing
- contrast, text alternatives, document language, and meaningful semantics
- reduced motion, portrait and landscape orientation, and named touch targets
Known limitations
We currently know of no blocking issue on the public website. We will investigate each new report and publish any specific known limitation on this page.
This is an internal review, not an independent certification. An external audit and research with people who use assistive technologies are not yet part of this statement.
Found a barrier?
Tell us which page caused the problem, what you were trying to do, and which technology or browser you use. We will follow up with the next steps.
