Award
First place at Inovačný cirkus 2026
Inovačný cirkus ran for the first time in 2026. The Ján Palárik Theatre in Trnava hosted a conference and a hackathon together, on the question of what a municipal office looks like once artificial intelligence is part of the job.
Our entry was Konto občana. Somebody moving house should not have to work out which forms that obliges them to file. They describe the situation in plain words, the system assembles the steps, and whatever they have already typed once is filled in for them the next time. The clerk picks the case up, priority and all, inside the SharePoint the office already runs on.
Six teams reached the final. The jury put ours first. Samuel Wittlinger gave the pitch.
