When the app slowed the team down
The older Slates application was slow, unstable, and regularly lagged during everyday work. The problem was most visible when working with images and profiles.

A rebuild without losing the product
In 1.5 months, we replaced the old codebase with a modern foundation without changing the purpose of the product. Familiar daily work had to remain clear.

Images without the wait
We changed image delivery so visual content loads quickly and reliably while moving between profiles. People can continue working without waiting for the interface.

Automated tests cover important workflows and catch regressions before users encounter them. Further development no longer depends on manually checking every change.
