Price
45 €/h + VAT
We start with a bounded first stage under a ceiling agreed up front. We look at what you run today and set out what is worth building against what is worth buying.
You leave that stage with a written scope and an estimate. If it says an off-the-shelf product is enough for you, we will tell you so. Larger scope is agreed separately.
When this pays off
An off-the-shelf system stays cheaper for as long as your process fits inside it. The cost arrives when people start routing around it through spreadsheets and manual retyping.

- Will you build us a whole ERP?
- Usually we advise against it. A full ERP is a multi-year programme and most companies do not need one. We build the modules around it and replace the spreadsheets that route around it.
- Can we keep the system we already have?
- Yes, and it is usually the cheaper route. We connect over whatever interface that system exposes, and where it exposes none we say so up front, because it changes both scope and price.
- Who owns the source code?
- You do. Code, documentation and access are handed over, and we keep no key to them.
- How long is the first stage?
- It depends how many systems it touches. We agree the ceiling before starting, so the analysis cannot grow without end.
